- 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
- 1 cup water or plant-milk
- 1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract*
- 5 drops of stevia
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
Blend the first five ingredients. Stir in the cacao nibs or pulse them briefly in the blender. *If you prefer not to use extract, blend peppermint leaves into the smoothie!
